Contains no yeast or sugars!
ZooPlex provides reef hobbyists with a break through in the nutrition of filter feeding invertebrates, planktivorous fishes, and fish and invertebrate larvae - one that is readily accepted by all types of LPS, SPS, and soft (leather) corals, as well as polyps, clams and other bivalves, and many species of marine fish (from gobies to juvenile angelfish and butterflyfish). Great for SeaHorses, Clownfish and freshwater fry.
Studies have shown that most ornamental marine organisms have a wide-ranging diet in the wild, which provides essential nutrients for a naturally long and healthy life. It is therefore all the more important to provide captive marine organisms with a varied diet, rather than feeding the same type of food day after day; in this manner, natural feeding habits and nutritive needs are provided for in an aquarium environment.
For best results with invertebrates, alternate use with Kent PhytoPlex, ChromaPlex, Coral Accel, and MicroVert to provide a full-range of nutrients.
As when feeding any food product, pay close attention to water quality and do not overfeed.
Directions: Shake well immediately prior to use! Add 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml, or 1 to 2 capfuls) per 50 gallons aquarium water in an area of high water flow, or by target feeding. Feed several times weekly, depending on animal load. For best results, see Use and Interaction section on opposite sidebar.
