There are a lot of places that sell cheap, standard horse halters. We've actually discontinued all of our standard horse halters! Many inexpensive halters are of such inferior quality that we worry about the safety of our clients and their horses. Poor quality hardware and inferior, single or double-ply nylon makes them very risky - even dangerous in extreme circumstances where the joints or hardware might fail at a critical time.

Equi-snap™ is a specially designed, stainless steel spring snap, which will not rub the horse or catch on fences (see close-up below). It's much easier to fasten than the conventional snap currently used on most horse halters. You can slip the halter on like a bridle instead of constantly trying to figure out which way is up or inside-out. Shortens tack time and makes catching in the pasture easier.
